After researching a bit, it seems that there are some good non-yonex choices as far as badminton shoes go, especially because my price range is not that high (under $70 or so). From what I've read, Asics Gel Tactic, Mizuno Wave Gate II, and Victor (not sure what models) are some good options. However, it seems like these things are all great values for locals in the South East Asia area. Is there a place around New York that I'd be able to try some of these, and purchase them?
