Does anyone know if there is a live telecast of the finals here in Malaysia? RTM? Astro...i doubt it because the FO is going on...the WJC should really be broadcasted....
ENG vs MAS in XD final tomorrow.....surprised that the ENG pair is able to defeat the koreans...well...somehow...i want the ENG pair to win this one for the sake of badminton's popularity...
That's not good for Malaysia, not achieving the target of at least winning a gold..I still believe that Malaysia has the upper hand tomorrow.
yeah...I kinda changed my mind after LKW/MHC lost...i was kinda confident they would beat the koreans...well...cheering for MAS now...ENG has done really well though....really good future...at least we have another good XD pair from ENG...
Yea but i wouldnt underestimate the japanese... dunno why but these last few months they seem to be performing out of their skin
I think the Koreans have been doing very well in these two editions of World Junior Championships. I noticed that their female players are relatively young but have been showing good results and scored some notable upsets. I watched the game between the Korean mixed doubles pair Yoo Hyung Young/ Shin Baek Choel taking on the Chinese in the team event final and I was particularly impressed by the Korean female player, Yoo Hyung Young . She is solid in defence and has good net play. Choi Hye In who upset Xing Ai Ying in the girls single is at most 15 year-old as she also took part in the Under-16 tournament in Hanoi this year.
WoW, England is the only country who can deny Asian dominance in this Junior world-meet, will they grab XD Champ tomorrow? Let's see... Sigh! No INA representative in finale tomorrow, dissatisfaction result compared with last year event when Tommy Sugiarto reached last round but lost at the end to Hong Ji Hoon. I guess INA has regeneration problem to produce next TH,Susi,Ricky/Rexy and this is red light for INA badminton development. Lack of new talent?! Seems CHN will take 2 singles titles here even they also have chance to win another two, BD and GD.
