hi, i log on to yonex.com and found these shoes on their front page but i could not found any other info except the picture above. I want to know what is the model of 1st shoe from the right and 1st shoe from the left? how much is it? is there any particular review for these shoe?
not only are they all tennis shoes, exept the second on the left, but they are not new, they have been out for a will.
David Nalbandian and Lleyton Hewitt endorses the SHT-305 (3rd and 4th shoe from the left). Have seen some players wear this pair of tennis shoes for badminton. According to a local shop owner, the soles are non-marking.
2nd shoe is a badminton shoe but has been out for a while i know people who have it, the others though for tennis i know a few badminton players who wear tennis shoes not sure why theres not really any benifit there heavier than badminton shoes and well yeah.
the bottom of the shoes for a badminton shoe has gum rubber, and tennis have a different rubber on the bottem of the shoe. A darker color. I am pretty positive about this.
the weight of the shoes is noticable for sure thats why it would not make sense to wear a tennis shoe to play badminton.
Well i think apacs cloned the design of the tennis shoes to a badminton shoe, i saw my ex-coach wearing that kind of design.
the thing is, tennis shoes have better cushioning and support than badminton shoes. just only the weight issue.
