Chen Long is an 18 year-old tall and big boy from China who just won AJC and WJC this year. I kinda like this kid and I'm looking forward to seeing him in the senior tour soon, hopefully next year. Name: Chen Long (諶龍) DOB: 1989-01-18 Height/Weight: 189cm/79kg POB: Xiamen, Fujian Province, China Coach: Ji Xinpeng Major Achievement: World Junior Championships 2007 Winner Asia Junior Championships 2007 Winner 2007 Australian Olympic Youth Festival Winner (Picture and Biodata - courtesy of LI De Quan) Chen Long and his coach Ji Xinpeng at AJC 2007.
wow.. Chen Long is from Fujian also. Hope he can become world number 1 one day after his seniors retire
I think he has bday around the same date as Chen Jin.. Just 3 years younger.. From Xiamen.. Wonderful!!!
wooooow....Ji Xinpeng gained lots of weight... Former Olympic champion not in shape any more... unless we look at "round" as a shape, too. He sort of looks like X Ball without glasses. Poor Ji Xinpeng, at least he has a good student, now.
This guy is good but not as good as Arif a Heryanto Arbi in the making. The AJC final, Chne Long was struggling to beat Arif, a string of enforced errors costs Arif the championship.
fuh yooo.. a new thread on Chen Long! good good! look like the junior players getting more attention d o.. off topic: yannie, CJ borned in 1986?
yaya i noticed him since AJC remember i asked u about him? haha he's super CJ look alike though future lin dan next generation
Nah, I'm so sorry to say that CL is much more good looking than CJ. CL either has pinky cheek or he was drunk in that photo.
i din deny the fact that he is much good looking than CJ.. it is just that when i 1st saw his pic, he remind me of CJ some more they have same surname
the fact that Arif made a string of unforced errors shows he's not that good. don't judge a person by their technique. a lot of it is mental attitude.
I guess he will enter China MS senior squad soon, LYB must be impressed by his achievement in WJC/07. His given name is LONG, is it mean dragon (one of Chinese Zodiac)?
