Armortec 900 Technique VS Armortec 800 Defense

Hello ,Is Anyone have this 2 similiar racket and already compare it
because according to ants review armortec 900T is great racket
but why there is many Pro player still using armortec 800 defense(not switch to armortec 900 Technique) ,Such as
Kido&Hendra setiawan, Luluk,Greysia Polii, Nova&Liliana,Lee Yong Dae&Jung Jae Sung,Hwang Ji Man and many all of them Have good smash.
Only Few using Ar900T such as Cai Yun,Yuyang,Flandy
even Taufik switch to Ar 900P and not using armortec 900T again
my friend said armortec 900 T is not good as Yonex advertise
is it because lack of power (not as good as 800 defense) Like taufik Issue ?
or what?? cause i don't wanna pick a wrong one

To me i feel that the de is much heavier compared to the Tech.

Depends on what you want for your game, tech has more control as it is not as head heavy plus it is a fast racket due to the light weight.

The de is a bit more heavier, it is fast in comparison to the OF and AT 700.It packs more power as it is heavier compared to the technique.

I own a tech, i used it for single mostly because i feel that i need more control in my singles game.However, in double i would use a at 700.More power though i may suffer in my deffensive and control but i have learn to use it to the fullness.

My coach, uses a at 800 de who is also an indonesian player. he said that he pefer the because it is fast and also have good power.so it is well balanced for him.He's game is very offensive and fast.lots of drive and counter attack.

Again, depends on what your game play is you would have to choose between then 2,.

Ask yourself what are your gameplay like.Suggest that you try both of it and see how it goes before you purchase one.

I have both a 800DEF (4U) and a 900T (3U).

Even though the 800DEF is a 4U, it feels more head-heavy than the 900T (3U), but in terms of power and control, my 900T (3U) is better in my feeling.

The only thing that my 800DEF (4U) beats the 900T (3U) is the speed, probably it is lighter overall.

the At9000T feels more stable, more control, more power, more durable and the speed is much faster lols.

ya sadly, at800 is so expensive too and its my favourite racquet =\ althought i have an at900 coming in a few days but i just cracked the frame of my ti3 recently so i cant restring it so i dont have a spare one, might get 2 at900s instead

Sounds like a good deal. The AT800s is cheap if you get them at the right place - just calculating rough estimates $175 and better including shipping.

There are places still out there which have them.

well since my 900t did not arrive yet i dont know how it plays but i heard it has a little less power than the 800def with the same string and specs and stuff
