Is it just me or does this store mess up stringing alot?
In mississauga, alot of my friends rackets have been strung badly. They messed up the tension on mine, they did it more than what i asked, i just hope my racket can handle it, heh. Does anyone else have any problems like this?

The sport check in calgary sucks too, form what i heard only the manager knows how to string but he shows the pattern to the other so he doesn't have to do it.

it come down to nerve of steel. Tiger amazingly recovered all his bad shots to par up to the 7th overtime holes. On the 7th hole, jim made a bad tee shot, tiger then buried him with a birdie.

Department sports stores generally do a pretty shabby job, because the people stringing the racquet don't have much knowledge/training on racquet stringing (generally). Also, most of their business is tennis, so their machines can get screwed up swithching btwn high an low tensions without proper calibration.

I have a home based business, and a professional stringing machine, and strictly string badminton racquets only. Email me if you're interested. Or I could recommend places depending on your area.

    tks

Not sure about near Surrey but you can go to Tad's in Vancouver who can do it for $10 (assuming you provide the strings). Same day service most of the time.

I never got my racquet strung at a sport check but i heard, the one in markham, ontario...only has BG-65 and BG-65 Ti strings and their like 5$ more than other shops and it's the strings alone, they don't have a badminton stringing machine, only a tennis....
