Towel I use towel grip so that the racquet does not slip out of my hands. On top of that I also wear a wristband in order not to get the towel grip very wet of sweat.
rubber! tacky rubber at that... i don't like towel grips when they get sweaty... it feels weird whereas a rubber grip just rub the grip with a towel and it'll be less wet
i always use towel since I was small until now... I think doesnt matter towel or rubber, both are also good as long as you feel it comfortable-
Synthetic grips. I like; - Karakal PU Touch Super Grip (Replacement grips) - Yonex Super Grap (Overgrips)
towel is great, but i sweat WAY too much, and it gets soaked too quickly.... so, PU/synthetic for me.........Super Grap.......... give u an idea......i play like 3-4 times a week, i have to change my super grap every 2 weeks or so, because i sweat way too much...
Same here... Change my Supergrap after 12hrs of play/trg time or so... One day I tried using Karakal PU Touch Supergrip (strip the stock-grip first) & found that they last a L-O-T longer... Plus, I think I actually prefer the 'feel'... Seem to be gravitating in that direction now...
Drinking less water can cause dehydration and we wont be able to play at our best especially when we're thirsty, wouldnt it ?.
i recently tried the rubber grips again after i used towel for a long period of time, i wore a hole in the rubber grip just in less than 2 weeks. so now i'm bak with the towel grip
well......i dont drink that much water, but i will get grip powder next time im at badminton alley....
I hardly sweat at all, so the minor amount of moisture on a synthetic grip makes it feel a bit more grippy. Synthetic for me.
