Hello Asian Friends, Can anyone advise me which place or country is a better choice to shop for reasonably priced badminton equipment - Yonex, Gosen, etc. rackets, shoes, bags, etc. Also, would there be places where we could easily play badminton in these countries - without paying too much! Would it be Malaysia, Thailand or Singapore? My friends are planning a badminton shopping/vacation and any replies from residents and badminton fans from these places will be highly appreciated. Thanks. Bok
Even though i dont live in any of these Countries i can tell u that Thai is by far the cheapest place to buy Yonex equipment! So i guess u should go ahead and have fun there!
Bok, i live in Singapore and i can tell you several places that are good in Singapore to go to. But in Thailand, Bangkok to be specific. There is a shop in the world trade centre in Bangkok. They sell rackets there at excellent prices. Its an authorised Yonex shop so their products are genuine. I bought an MP55 there for $99 Singapore. Inclusive of BG-65, socks and shirt
I suggest to buy in thailand near the national stedium for lower price because I used to buy in singapore higher than thailand 25 percent |r|s wrote: > > and dont even dream of going Johore Bahru to find > rackets... > right byron! > hahahha
The better choice is Germany. I'm the owner of a badminton store in Germany and authorized dealer of Yonex Germany. Look at www.badmintontreff.de This site is in german but if you have further questions I can help via e-Mail. Ask me about prices and shipment costs. Best regards. Christian Voss
Yeah but the rackets there may not be genuine. Whereas i can assure you the ones in the WTC Bangkok are
Thailand: cheap Yonex racket but only TH version.. choices are also limited, bought one near the national stadium.. Malaysia: in Pertama Complex,Kuala Lumpur, u can get SP version Yonex racket at a very cheap price. TI-10 only for less than USD110 including strings.. but only if u tell them that u r from bad. central forum.. all models should be available.. Singapore: cheaper than the average price in Malaysia with similar SP version but much more expensive than in Pertama Complex, Malaysia..
