Hello Guys, Deakin Badminton just re-opened last week. $3.00(for members) please have a look in the following poster for more information. I think there totally 8 courts but depending on how many people. Personally recon is a good price, but the rating in there is only D-B I guess.

This week Deakin Badminton had changed from Sunday 12:00 - 2:00 to Saturday 12:00 - 2:00pm. I will be going from Knox city area, please let me know if you need a lift to there

Hello Nangers, I think the time still not fixed until Jan of 2008. But this section will going at 12-2PM Saturday until end of the year(2007).

The time for badminton in Deakin will be set as every Sunday 12:00-2:00. Session will be close down for 4 weeks due to the Uni Holiday. Thank you.

I'm quite interested to play badminton again after so many years, but do I need to be a member to play? I'm just not sure I'm up to your standard (haha) so a tryout session would be great, I suppose. Also, is there any place to hire a racket there? Just want to come prepared. Thanks.

Wah nice. So I just need to bring my unfit self then haha. I have passed the campus a few times but I have never gone in before. Is the gym easy to find, i.e. signs / directions from the uni entrance?

Yes, wont be hard to find, you can just drive in from Gate 1 and you will find a multi-deck parking. The Gym itz there, group floor reception. Building no: HB.

Is this open to the public or just deakin students? How much is membership and do you offer casual entry as well? Any particular grade requirements?

This is open to public club and the casual entry is $5.00, $3.00 for members and $30 for joining fee. I would say it's Grade D - B.
