Hey, I have a tournament this weekend, USBDF winters and my family is driving down to LA on Friday. Anyways, my quads and calves are really really sore. Is there anyway to make them unsore fast?

    Hmm... Okay.
Also, today I was playing some basketball for fun and I jammed my finger when I tried to receive a pass. Is there anyway for this to heal before my tournament?

Whenever i have sore muscles, i try to take a 20 minutes dip in the swimming pool. Just a relaxed swim, it really work wonders. Been doing it since when i was playing competetive football/soccer. It helps the muscles to recover faster.

use deep heat or equivalent type muscle relaxing medication. just massage them yourself, or, if you're lazy, get someone else to.
