Thats if all the shots can get over the net. I would say its hard to say. The other player has got to be not very good coz he gives every shot high.
It depends. He can get points and win eventually? If so, he is effective? Can he last 2 or 3 games smashing all the shots, if so, and win, then he may be good. This reminds me of the a young Indonesian player back when, by the name of Arby. He was one player who smashing his ways to a few championships when he first started out. As he moves along his badminton career, he (either realized that he could not be smashing his way to retirement or that his opponent got used to his hard smashes) started to vary his game.
