Will players be interested if there is a competition for amateur singles and doubles players on monthly basis?? I was involved in a trial competiton and really think that it gives an excellent opportunity for players looking for a challenge and to compete for prize money. In view of this, I am looking to organise such a competition for KL and Selangor BCers. However, this can only be pursued if there is sustained interest from players. So for those interested, pls PM me your contact, preffered event, and partner (for doubles) before 25th December 2007. We might be limiting the entry if there is overwhelming interest. And of course current state and national players are not eligible for this program. Further details shall be furnished from time to time, so keep checking this thread...

not easy man. Timing and funding is a challenge. Some overtime work lah. Some outstation lah. Sakit lah.. very susah. Good initiative! Good luck and hope it will succeed.

There is still no new update.... I might arrange an open league for BC member's only. For singles and doubles, but from my calculation, for one event, it will cost me at least RM1K. Currently, I'll be able to get the Kampung Pandan Sports Complex for the tournament. I'll try to get it up and running by August...
