Hi everyone just a quick intro. Just started badminton within the last two months not played since school (now in late 30s), mainly for fun and fitness. Absoloutly love it, prefer singles for learning but doubles are more fun (socially). Need to work on my movement around the court especially from the front to the back of the court and visa versa. Love the fact that its a very low cost sport to start playing. See you around. Dave.

Already on it oldhand I have got around 8 people at work at the moment with more getting involved weekly. We will probably get a little mini league going next year, as a little competition will help us all improve. The beauty is the game is so enjoyable and engaging regardless of ability, although those from other racket sports do have an obvious advantage.
