Hello, I was wondering if there are any drills I could do in my house, in the basement or something?

    Thanks.

I cant think of many racquet sports other than badminton where it is almost impossible to rally with oneself. You could try rebounding a table tennis ball off the wall. This will help to focus your mind and have some fun at the same time

one legged bounds. drop jumps (jumping from a height, landing as quiet as possible, don't go over 10, and do it when you're fresh). skipping is good. fast feet exercises.

You could do the side to side footwork drill in your house.
Like one side only, since your house isn't big enough. You don't have to use a racket for the side to side, just either use a birdie or touch the ground.

Many don't think about how critical a good low service is. Draw a line (5.1) on the wall. Put a gap like 1 feet margin for you to target on. Can also hit against the wall (soft or hard) for reflex and agility training.
