This is a new action that sellers need to perform when their item is sold.

When you item(s) is/are sold or when you want to take it off the market, go ahead and post a message saying "sold" and then lock your own thread.

I have turned on the permission.

We believe this will firstly reduce clutter in the forum, and secondly it will be more clear to buyer and therefore they won't waste their time asking questions.

Just above the first message is "Thread Tools".
    It is a pull-down menu.
Check the radio button for "Close Thread".
    Click on "Perform Action"

    Result: Thread Closed :)

If a thread is locked, assume the item is sold.
