knowing bam style of management, to me it's not a surprise at all despite what Cheah Soon Kit has done to women department. i've been following bam since i was 12 and i'm to sick looking on what had happened.

Not sure with other country, but personally i think this what happened when it's being managed by politician.

It is not a surprise that CSK would leave BAM.

I can still remember your previous comments posted earlier this year, as located in this thread:

It's not surprising, at least Cheah is still in Msia. With his credentials (as OG silver medalist) he could have gone to other countries like Tan Kim Her, he certainly had better results as a player.

While CSK had achieved more as a player in TC, OLY...as a coach, he has to prove much like Rexy or TKH...therefore I can't see CSK being in demand as a coach in other countries other than MAS.

Agree with you on the management part of BAM. But thats Malaysia Boleh.

Anyway, I think the move to KLRC may be a good one for Cheah Soon Kit as there will be no politicians to bother with.

Chang Kim Wai might be the most suitable candidate for the job after CSK left.

At the moment Rexy will be taking over the job for Women's doubles until a suitable candidate is named.

i wonder why we don't hear about more of the some of the former great WD players coaching the next generation?
it seems most of the ladies coaches are still men.

You have a point there. But most Former great WD players are coached by men too. But i guess not many women want to be coach.
