Are you planning to limit the number players up to 22 or still remain as 26 as some of us didn't play much yesterday's session =/ now the price has increase by a dollar..

Sorry folks. As from November-2011, we shall adjust our session fees;

* Members..........$9
* Non-members...$13

I am thinking of increasing our fees even higher, but to reduce our maximum of 26 players (perhaps down to 22) for our club to break even.

What do you all think?

I was only thinking "What do you all think?" - about reducing to maximum of 22 players.

As for Wednesday 02-Nov-2011 (with maximum of 26 players, fees will be;
* Members..........$9
* Non-members...$13

Only when we decide on maximum of 22 players, we shall increase our fees higher.

Allow me tell you all about our club financial situation on a typical night in the past few weeks;

Expenses
* Court hire...= $19x9 = $171
* Shuttles.....= $27x4 = $108
Therefore, total expenditure = $171+$108 = $279

Collections
* 6 members...= 6x$8 = $48
* 20 visitors..=20x$12 = $240
Therefore, total collections = $240+$48 = $288

Therefore, we get a surplus = $288-$279 = $9

However, there are always cancellation of 1, 2 or 3 players at the last moment.

If there are 3 cancellations, there won't be a surplus anymore; but we suffer a deficit of;
* Deficit = $9 (from the above) minus 3x$12 = $9-$36 = -$27.

This is the situation CCC is facing now.

We shall start our Booking In List for Wednesday CCC at MSAC: 02-Nov-2011

Hope to have our 'Booking In List' finalised by Tuesday 7:30am.
We would like to have 36 hours to organise ourselves efficiently.

We would like to have time;
* To organise sufficient court-time for players attending.
* To correct our Booking In List when errors are made.

Reminder:
(1) If unable to attend, kindly remove your name ASAP so that others can replace you.
(2) Participating in our Half-Court Singles Games is optional.

Please use the RESERVE LIST if unsure of attending, and then move up to the MAIN when sure.

Booking In List: For Wednesday CCC at MSAC on 02-Nov-2011.

From our CCC Badminton Club Forum Site, you'll find the instructions for how to add your name to our Booking In List. If you cannot find our CCC Site, post in this thread to ask, and we will send you the link.

It's found that newer BCers do not know how to turn the pages of our thread.
Just click on the page numbers found at the top or bottom section of this page.

Our CCC courts for this session:
(4 courts to 11:00pm)
(1) Court No.10.....from 7:30pm (3.5 hours)
(2) Court No.11.....from 8:00pm (3.0 hours)
(3) Court No.5.......from 9:30pm (1.5 hours)
(4) Court No.12.....from 10:00pm (1.0 hour)
giving us a total of 9.00 hours of court-time.

We do a Booking In List:
(1) To welcome BadmintonCentral members to attend.
(2) To ensure that players who have booked in would not be turned away.
(3) To ensure that we have enough games for all players, it is best not to exceed 26 players.
