Yes, on Monday 12-Dec-2011, I attended the Wesley Badminton Social Session. After the session, Wesley's President, John-W, and I went for supper and for a few drinks.

John-W is happy to arrange our Friendly CCC-vs-Wesley Match later. There shall be no rush - We shall play when members from both clubs are ready.

Therefore, our Friendly Match could be organised in February 2012.

If we go into the nitty-gritty of it, then will each member be willing to pay more (when we have lower attendance, say only 10 players coming)?

If we are, then we should share the costs and expenses every sessions. And if we do it this way, I wouldn't call us a club, and we cannot tell our members and visitors how much it is to play at CCC per session.

ok Chris, thanks for confirming..... The only reason why i'm asking is because the reduction in court hours is quite significant for tonight (almost 30% less). In that case is it possible to hire another court from 9-10, considering that CBA league is over (or i think it's over anyway)??

I think a lot of players coming tonight wouldn't mind the extra hour of playing.

With only 13 players coming, we won't do it.

And we shall now close our Booking List (at maximum of 13). Why? Because I might not have the time to monitor the Booking List later. Even if I can monitor it, there may not be courts available for us.

I'd be heading home to KL for good this Friday. Just want to thank Chris and everyone whom I've played with/against for the past year - thanks for having me and help made my time in Melbourne a memorable one. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon but if I do, I'd definitely come for a session or two.

Sorry for hijacking this tread but few of us play on the Friday social . I called MSAC. There won't be any Friday Badminton Social because MSAC is having their christams party tomorrow and it will be closed by 6.
