Soccer Pro's playing badminton :-)

A funny thing was when one of the Swedish premier league soccer team attended a Badminton training session here in Stockholm :-)

They did a std. training session with some shuttle-feeding, etc :-)

They soccer players found out that badminton is a really tough game!!

The manager an coaches, also felt it was great with the agility training..

Remember these are pro soccer players on the vidoe at the top in the swedish league :-)

lol, i love the guy running while in that elastic thing with another guy. footwork in that thing would be pretty intense

Resistance training with rope etc is very good for explosiveness training.

The team btw is Hammarby witch is at the top half in the swedish premier soccer league :-)
