Any response would be greatly appreciated. I need any footage of the Olympic Games 2000 (Preferably Mens Doubles) and footage from the World Ch'Ships (preferably The Mixed Doubles Final).

If anyone has any footage that they managed to record from TV or Satellite, i would be very interested in buying it. It must be in PAL format (unless u know of any other format that will work on British Videos). The money is ready for transfer immediately or whichever payment option suits u best.

The Olympic Games Video is NOT available to buy from the IBF as they did not produve it this year. Costs were too high, apparently Olympic Committee handed them the whole film of badmintn for the entire torny and they would have had to edit it themselves, which they couldn't afford to do, hence no video.

    Any response appreciated. Urgent.

    Many Thanks. Bye

    Hi AS

You can get both matches from www.badminton@volant.qc.ca/
The following are the serial numbers when you are ordering:-
Make sure you order for the PAL format.

2000 Olympics Men's Doubles gold medal match:
    JXO-2000-P-08-01
Coverage of complete match, duration: 1 hr 33 min.

2001 World Championship Badminton Mixed Doubles Final
    WCH-2001-N-01-05
Highlights of the match, duration: 16 mins.

The contact person is Yves Lacroix, he records videos that can fit in 2 hour coverage of the games per video. For England, a 2 hour recording (Which can fit in both of these matches ) will cost you US$25.00 and shipping is included !

    Hope this helps !
