Agreed, we need more detail. Short or long serves? Are your serves going out? Too low? Too high? What is the problem.

Just takes a lot of practice. I always feel frustrated playing with some of my friends in doubles because they can't serve well - it really shouldn't be a leak in a player's game, seeing how one can easily practice on their own!

If your hand shaking b4 or during executing of your serving, try to hold at the middle of the cone(some players wrap the grip till the cone end) using you thumb and index finger at the middle of the cone, while the rest of your finger at the handle, when serving. You'll get more control on,smooth execution, height control and more control to determine flight distance, incase the shuttle end up too short, too high or too wide. Just push forward smoothly & slightly harder if the shuttle land is too short.Don't use a quick whip to increase the distance as the shuttle might goes too high.
