I'm Nicholas 25yo from Singapore! Currently a student in NUS. I'm only considered a beginner/recreational player. I also play table tennis. I'm interested in playing non-competitively haha, hope to find some players who stay around Serangoon or in NUS so that we can easily arrange game sessions.
Welcome.. ..to BCBF, Cadbury (Nicholas)!!..Glad to have another young member joining us and hope you'll become one of the active members in BC!!..As for local S'pore players/places to play, i'm sure you've visited the Places to Play sub-forum??..Perhaps you might meet and play w/ one of BC's moderators, Oldhand or Bobbi...oooops, did i just reveal Oldhand's real name now??..(hope Oldhand doesn't mind me revealing his name) Anyway, make yourself at home and have fun surfing in BC!
oldhand looks/sounds damn pro! haha my badminton havent reach competitive style yet cos when u play with frens, and esp girls, u dont really wan to pwn them de... say so much instead they pwn me haha. btw can we post in singlish or must be english? cos i end up correcting most of my spelling to omit stuff.
ABCD again at work? It's Bobby. As Johnny says in Zhing My Car (courtesy Singapore's Mr Brown): "...look fast, sound fast, can oredi..." English is the forum's language simply because our members are from all over the world The idea is to communicate with everyone... not just with those who understand our language. Of course, you can always use your Private Message facility to chat in another language. Welcome to BC, Cadbury!
BOBBY! AND CADBURY! Sounds good and yummy yummy! Not to worry Cadbury, you'll make lots of friends and very soon you'll be playing more badminton with them! A warm welcome to you.
That's unforgivable typo Welcome CADBURY, I sense BCers of Singapore are a relatively small, but quite effective group with constant news and support for the players. You will soon find yourself fallen into Uncle Loh's spell. Have fun and enjoy baddy
yeah, but i'm not competitive type u see, and i'm also not sure where to find people willing to play recreational.
haha so many posts.. dunno why the search within thread function cannot be used... anyway i'm now searching for free places to play hehe.
Try using the "Search" on the main menu bar Using "Search this Thread" turns up results only from within the thread you are viewing. You failed to find anything on places to play because this thread has no posts yet on 'Places to Play'
