Backhand improvement
By far, higher backhand shots are my vice. i can't seem to generate enough power to clear it or smash it, and my drops are inconsistant. when i must go for a backhand shot and i try to clear it, the birdie usually falls short and gives the opponent an easy kill.
also, i seem to chip the birdie with my frame much more often with my backhand than my forehand.
and to clarify, there are higher, overhead backhand shots, mostly. i can backhand drive and lift decently.
what are some techniques to improve the power of my backhand?
