    Bicep Curls are very important.
Barbells are really good for the chest.

Most importantly is to work the wrists a lot with lots of wrist curls, really helps generate immense power in the wrists and your smashes would be faster and more angled, also helps defending against smashes so that you can flick the shuttle back to the opponents backcourt.

Lower leg muscles is very important to train for explosiveness.

    I hope you're joking?

A good one to start out with is the front squat. With this exercise, you must balance a barbell on the front of your shoulders as you squat. It's extremely hard to perform this lift with poor technique, because if you get into poor posture, the barbell will fall off. So, you learn to control your balance while increasing your strength.

Also, how many pullups can you do?
