These images are blur and hard to see, but the cone code is 001074SP, which supposedly means that it was manufactured on the 0th day of October 2007 according to the serial code guide ( here ) , strange, dont you think ? How much did you buy it for ?

Unless you take some better quality pics, we can really tell you if it's real or not... please use a proper camera instead of a webcam. The carrying case is quite common in HK, Yonex no longer have nice looking cases.
1. The pictures need to be better -- not enough detail to look at the finish, and the color reproduction seems poor -- is it yellow (as in original MP99) or orange (as in MP Limited Edition)? 2. The serial number and date code looks legit to me. 3. The racket case is indeed common in HK but I have my concerns about it for two reasons: (i) The printing of Yonex and lame slogan is of mediocre quality and the case is nothing much to talk about and, (ii) If you observe the Yonex bag tag that comes along with a gazillion stickers, you will find the odd lettering for "____BAG TECHNOLOGY". Why is there an underscore before "BAG"? (It is there to fill up space!) When you read the description of the technology, you will find that it is more appropriate for a shoe rather than a racket case! Do you really need to lunge and rebound with your bag? I know this because I got my racket and case from HK. I would be surprised if the description was an instance of "lost in translation Engrish" by Yonex and the case turned to be genuine. 4. My conclusion based on limited info is that the racket looks genuine. The racket case is still blah but it is what is commonly sold in stores in HK and some other places in Asia.
hey guys im back with new pics sorry about that but yeah the racquet is yellowish orange heres some pics from my digi cam
another thing im curious about is the cone part above the grip it doesnt have a glittery yonex symbol is that okay?
i mean the yonex word on the other side of the cone, where theres a triangle i thought i saw the yonex symbol with glitter on it or shineyness
