    CALLING ALL BC FRIENDS!!

    We just wanted to let you know our 2nd GGBCS PLATINUM FRIENDSHIP TOURNAMENT will be held in GGBC 2, Oakland, Emeryville on Sunday, February 24th, 2008, from 1:00PM - 4:00PM!! The goal of this Tournament is all about FUN FUN FUN, team-building and cultivating friendship between players from GGBC 1 & 2, and hopefully all over the Bay Area, so we do hope all GG MEMBERS and FRIENDS will come to PLAY of course OR support our GG players!

    In this tournament, applicants need to be 40 years old, or over and we have a few YOUNG applicants already! Of course 40 is STILL YOUNG! This tournament is in the Sudirman Cup format where you play for your TEAM. You'll get to enjoy exciting games, make new friends and gain great experience from entering a tournament! We GUARANTEE you will have SO MUCH FUN as all our GG in house tournaments have feedback from members so far!

    Note 1: The "Sudirman" is a tournament to bring honor for the whole team. Players who enter any of the categories/events will be selected to play for/on a team. Each team will have players to represent in Men's Singles, Women's Singles, WD, MD, and XD. Points will be counted for challenges between the teams, playing each of the categories/events. The best scores out of the possible matches for the events, for each team, will decide the winning team.
