Did anyone purchase at puppysports before?

Their prices are quite reasonable but I'm not sure are they reliable.

I purchased a Woven 5A from them in Jan. 2008 and I have no reservation to recommend them. Very responsive to your inquiry and reasonable delivery time from HK to Toronto.

I too purchased a Woven 5a from them, back in around June 07 I think...
Very responsive through email, relatively quick delivery, and good stringing service.

I bought a Sotx woven12a in Decenber 2007 from them it was strung with bg65ti at 22lbs by them. It arived quickly (10 days to USA) My son crack the fame on a shot there was no collision with anything except the shuttlecock . I emailed them pictures and what happened. Now Im waiting a response if they will cover it by warrinty. When I recieve a answer I post about there service after a sale

I bought two tubes of Aeroplane SG1101 (Red label) and SOTX Woven 8A from Puppysports two weeks ago. The shipping was really fast (two weeks from HK to Finland), the Woven 8A is perfect, but they sent me two tubes of G1101 (green label). Hmm, I would have liked to have the tubes of red label so badly. In your opinion, what should I do and what is their responsibility in this kind of situation?

I sent the racket to them 2weeks ago. and asked them to email me when they recieve it. so far nothing but I relize it may take more than 2 weeks to get there
