hi all, i've got a friend whos moving to downtown toronto soon and he'd like to keep playing badminton while he's there. im not sure wat he's got for transportation so anything easily accessible by transit would be best i suppose but all input is appreciated. in terms of skill, i'd say he's an inconsistent intermediate, but he plays smart and is always looking for a good game where he can get a nice work out, he's also a very friendly guy. if u could give exact addresses for places to play, i'm sure he'd appreciated it greatly. thnx
Your friend better be good or he's going to have a hard time finding ppl who want to play with him at george brown.
well he is looking to improve, so maybe somewhere with good level of competition is good for him. any other places near by?
George Brown is the strongest in downtown and very convenient using public transportation... however krayon is right. You need to be quite good or at least very friendly and outgoing if you want some good games there. Other places that play are listed on this board.. there are about 4 or so other clubs that aren't expensive and are downtown. I hope your friend finds what he's looking for!
