    new users with limited post count and/or recent join date are limited in PM in their PM boxes.

    unfortunately we have to impose this rule because we are getting a lot of PM spams.

    My postings have been very limited for sometime and was trying to send a msg to a fellow member. I can't send msg!

    save those 15 msg, delete them, and ur home free
