Rexy was a good front player too.. he had a great feel near the net with his net play and soft touch.

I agree - Cai Yun? I don't even think he is good frontman, let alone one of the alltime best.

Polls such as this are already flawed in favour of the recent players, since some, I hazard to say most of the members will not have even watched PJB, Hadinata & LYB play.

Having said that I still think TG.

I'm fans of badminton since early 1980 ( i was only 6 ) and really miss the day when Hadinata/Hartono versus TBY/LYB or PJB/KMS and dont forget the Sidek brothers, a golden era when style and technique is very entertaining. Today play is more fast and powerful but still i prefer to watch game from old day

Once again Hadinata is the best but not on the list

Let's say I voted earlier for Sigit Budiarto... and I now want to vote for Christian Hadinata since he's newly in the list.

How do I do that?

Oldhand, dont worry Sigit is also deserved that praise. Hadinata is my hero from child so everybody have own opinion thats democracy.

Hey, I just realized the mod has the authority to add more candidates to the poll and what a shame they have left out KDM even by the number of requests and added Christian because of their own liking!?

There is now a Field for "Other Player" this can be used for any players not mentioned specifically.

Sorry but you did not answered my question. Frankly, I do feel offended since you didn't take me and others suggestion seriously. Adding "other player" is not enough.

3 out of 4 pairs of the past Mens double Olympic Gold medalist are on the list except Kim. Everyone should have their right to nominate whether it is agreed by the mods personally or not. Not to mention Kim has exceptional achievement(OG + WC + AE*2 + ABC) during his MD career and I think my demand is fair.

Maybe you can better explain why you are adding Christian Hadinata while singled out KDM.

I am sorry you feel offended, I did mention KDM myself as one of the best players. Unforunately I/We cannot add any more names onto the poll, since 12 options is the maximum.

On an additional note, the OP had originally asked for the Best Frontman today and so it has already morphed into more than it had originally.

Relax, it is only a simple poll.
