    Just tried it out.
Compare to last version ExCalibur, ExCalibur Ti has more smashipng power and little bit more flex. Balance is same as last time 300mm. I'm not sure about material but I think same as last time.

Grr... I can't even get a hold of an Excalibur yet and you've already tried out the Excalibur Ti... Astec should start doing some eBiz.
Sucks to be in Canada. ><

PS. Ti = Ti points at 1 & 11? (Just guessing from the paint job)

Do we have any information on the Excalibur and Excalibur T1 like weight, grip size and head heaviness? I was looking at the Storm Pro but the description of the Excalibur T1 is intriguing. I was looking at considering a racket was slightly to moderately head heavy.

    Weight is 4U/G5
    Material is Synthium Carbon
Head Heavy, as I mentioned, the balance is 300mm

Thanks for the reply Wuldup, I believe you have used the Storm Pro as well. I found the Storm Pro's flex to be nice, but it felt a bit too light since I have been using a 2U Cab 25 and a 3.5-4U Black Knight PCV60. So the Storm Pro felt awkwardly light when I was using it for a few minutes. It felt like it was slightly head heavy which I did like as well.

How does the Excalibur and Excalibur T1 compare to the Storm Pro in your experience? I am guessing Excaliburs are a tiny bit heavier and more head heavy to start.

    Thanks

Well, I never tried Storm Pro before but I've used Excal, Pro-850, n Maximum. I believe Excal is later version of Storm Pro. Excal was average racket: average power, defence, and control. The cosmetics are really nice; I think cosmetic is much nicer than RSL X2 series.
If you have used RSL X2 series, you might noticed that these two rackets are from same OEM company. So they used same technology.
Anyways, Excal T1 is much powerful than Excal and if I rate this racket, i'll say Good or above. But considering just Power itselft, Pro-850 is the one and the racket is very stiff (85-89g).
Since you used 2U which I never tried before, I think Excal T1 is not as powerful as your Cab 25. I found it as a good racket but I'm not sure how you will find this racket as.
And I don't know if Astec has a branch in Canada or not but I'm going ther to study in Alberta/Vancouver next year so I might lend you one day:):)

Thanks for the follow up Wuldup. Unfortunately I haven't ever gotten my hands on an RSL racket yet. Normally I would have considered the Pro800/850/900 racket however it is becoming apparent that the muscles in my arm are not able to flex my Cab25 or PCV60 on a regular basis. Basically on some days I play great and on some days it is pretty bad. I really liked the flexiness of the Storm Pro however it just felt too light so it bordered on awkward. The comment that the Excalibur T1 is head heavy while being about 3U-4U is really grabbing my interest, however I should probably go with the racket I have tried over the racket I am guessing about :).

As for Astec vendors we have HappyTA5 who is in and around the area where I am. I should really stop thinking about getting that racket with slightly better specs... it will never end :)

I don't know your budget but if the budget around US40~60.00, Hart rackets are really good. The power, control, defense and the frame is strong too. It can hold up to 34lbs. The brand is not popular but Hart is the OEM company for RSL, Babolat, Astec, some wilson, some prince models.^^

Unfortunately I have never ever seen anyone carry Hart rackets here in the Greater Toronto Area. I think I will end up settling on the Storm Pro or maybe I will be patient and wait for my mother to go back home to Indonesia. I am just a bit indecisive :).
