hi, i have a problem, this weak i can't play like i was playing in the past. my condition is good. i haven't miss any training, and in the court i feel that i can't run and the racket feels very heavy. i think that my problem is the my psycology ( sorry if i write it wrong) because i give exams in university. do anyone have ever the same problem with me?

yup I think I know this problem...I have quite a lot work to do in school, yesterday had a little car accident so a lot of stuff bothering me...couldn't seem to play any good today although I tried to cut all this stuff out.
Could also just be a bad day though...

well exams brings stress...you're busy the whole day and mentally a bit tired..

With all that stuff going through your head, it's sometimes hard to play your best...

well, if the problem is psychological there's not must an internetforum can do ;) except advising to tell yourself "cut the crud and play"...

It might also be your nutrition, or how much you sleep... often its a mixture of a lot of small things...

maybe you're just thinking too much, if you make a bad play, then try to forget about it and play again, or jus take a quick break, get something to drink, refreshen up and play again

Why don't you just take a break for a week or two ?
Then you'll go back feeling fresh (Probably)
