Hi. I have been playing badminton leisurely for about 5 years. I usually play outside in my yard without a net or solid lines. It is usually raining or windy when I play. I use a Yonex Muscle Power 33 racquet. I don't know proper form and I taught my self. It is probably most similar to tennis. I'm right handed and do a doubled handed back hand and a one handed backhanded half of the time each.
welcome to BC........ i do play tennis. single backhanded.... but, never did try double backhand for badminton.......

Yes, if you'd like to become "serious" in badminton, i guess the only suggestion i have for you is to try and hopefully find an indoor badminton place/club.
