Since I saw the thread of the best front man in double, I suddenly came up with an idea of who is the best trick master???

For Single I would say M.Haifz the YOYO king, and Sigit.B for double.

    What do you guys think?

Hendrawan and Peter Gade, but just remembering the times when Hendrawan deceived Gade, I still have to vote for Hendrawan for being the very best in this department.

For doubles, I vote for bananakid in a casual play situation, simply because as soon as his opponents lose count of the score and ask about it, bananakid will use his 'trick' of raising his side's score to either 19 or 20 depending on the situation. NOW, this is a real trick(not usable in tournament though).

Yup, Hendrawan .... and Zhao Jianhua too with his deception. Agree with Sigit in MD, he brought CCM down in the WC 05 semis with such an unexpected net reply.

sigit was brilliant, kkk is good as well but not up to the mark just yet.

hendrawan and zjh were amazingly deceptive as well, gade is not bad but not in their league.

    what about taufik?
i think his deceptive skills at the net are quite tricky, especially his very tight net shots
...and his defensive trick shots; around the back, between his legs, etc :D

Yup, how can we missed Taufik here. Although not exactly a "trick", but who else can do more backhand magic than Taufik and the wow effect each time when he does the smash ...with backhand. :D

Although many might disagree, but I think LD is also one of the most deceptive(tricky) player.

Lin Dan does have his own set of deceptive shots, just most people don't see them when he utilizes those shots... except the times when he under-performs those shots.:p
