that explosive thingy will not hurt the shuttles. we have that here in malaysia and the younger kids always buy those during the festivals. pretty harmless.
what exactly is it, sorry i didnt get a good look at what he was putting in it in the video so i wasnt exactly 100% sure about it just saw the effect.

When thrown on a hard surface (or squished between the fingers), the friction of the sand against the silver fulminate causes the latter to ignite with a quick, loud "pop".
