Theres really no "best" racquet in the world... just what works for you. However, the lightest racquet has got to be the Karakal SL-70.

You don't know the model.. but you "KNOW" the weight...Doesn't sound too convincing if you ask me... Do you know the color, make-year, material, length, head-shape?? :P

Maybe it was just someone who told you it was 67g, or did you measure the weight yourself? Did you own it yourself

yeah, i'd be interested to see this ashaway racquet too - had a look on ashaways site adn couldn't find anythnig below 75g...

looked on centralsports.co.uk which has almost all the racquets to check with and the sl70 is the lightest on there.. dunno if the figures quoted are strung or unstrung.. i know the 70g weight quoted by karakal is unstrung, but that's the figure cenrtralsports quote too... hmmm

Anybody actually used a digital scale to weigh the actual weight of the racquets?

I have. I've found out that the stated weight sometimes doesn't factor in the weight of the factory grip or overgrip. The Karakal overgrip I used can add up to an extra 15 grams onto the racquet.

Not really, my cousin is selling the racquet, we've both tried it and it doesn't feel particularly light. I've tried other Karakal racquets as well and I, personally, did not like them, they felt hollow on impact, at least the ones I've tested.

Yonex's Nanospeed isn't even close. There are some really light rackets out there, many which have been mentioned. Some other light rackets are the Kason Lepton and Carvel.
