I am doing an investigation on the injury of the rotator cuff muscles in badminton and the rehab that follows.
Trying to gather as much information as i can for it so seeing if anyone here has suffered from rotator cuff injuries?
Looking for:
What part of the rotator cuff was injured?

Why was it injured? bad technique etc.

What rehab exercises where u given and which were most effective?

Dont have to answer all questios or anythin, just looking for any relevant information that u dnt mind sharing so i can learn more about it.
