If you read the guildline, you will see you need to post ser# and cone code for the racquet you sell. Please read them before you post.

Interesting that badminton.net (SDBS) is selling you a CD coded. If I'm correct they normally should be selling US coded.

I'm not sure how they are donig it, but Yonex authorized dealers are not allowed to sell other country coded rackets unless Yonex said otherwise, or it was a shipping mistake from Yonex.

Don't know how he does it. But you can see on their website they have an option where you can pick a 3U racket. They tell me that AT900T is US only makes 4U.

Yup, that is correct. The US coded ones are 4U, which is a bit sad [due to Yonex USA's GM!!!].

Why buy a JP version from HK (technically no warrenty right there)? The price is pretty much marked up unless you buy is from Japan! I can tell you my JP version costed me around $160 which also included shipping.

Yeah Yonex USA is horrible. Only one grip size, carry uncommon weights of rackets (ie. 4U AT900!!!). Yonex USA is mainly into Tennis.

Yonex Canada is better, because they carry a lot more variety for badminton, like the grip sizes and racket model/versions.

Mine had no string. It's better to get it stringed locally because when the racket is shipped by plane, the strings will lose tension because of the air preasure. Therefore, if you asked for X tension, it's going to be off by the time you get it as a result.

    Good thing I have NGB98 200m reel!!

Matt, is that true? How could air pressure affect the string tension?
Anyways, I have them all strung when I order them. So far, I can't tell the difference between those strung in Japan or those strung locally. **unless Ah_Shum did not string mine properly. :p

Air preassure is a force which is exerted by the weight of the air molecules.

When the plane gets pressurized, there now more air preassure. This would cause the string to lose tension.

There would be other factors too like like the altitude and the climate/enviroment where it was strung.

Hheh, are you sure you can't tell. If you have good ears, you should be able to tell the sound pitch ^.^ as in the note / tone.
