I just bought WISE2086 from Tennis Head so I can give some info on shipping to Canada.

Shipping was pretty fast, about a week considering it has to ship to Canada. Customs charged about 10% (just GST and handling charges).

Tennis Warehouse unfortunately doesn't ship to Canada, you'd have to pick it up from a US address or somewhere else instead. There are services that allow you to ship to a location in the US and you can pick it up close to the border, might want to look those up.

Shipping to Canada cost about $75, so it would be cheaper if you ship to a US address instead.

so $75 is just the shipping fee Tennis Head charged for the package, or included custom fee 10% =($55). if the total shipping to your door is $75 I prefer to have they ship home, if total shipping is $75+55, I'll would pick up in US.

In my case, it was 55$ for the shipping to my home and I had to pay custom fees when it got to my door. So in your case, it would be 75 + 55.

I am planning to get a WISE 2086 from US through my friends there and get it shipped to UK.. Looking at the price difference, I am sure someone from UK has already tried this.. Mainly I want to know about import duties and Customs charges involved and whether VAT needs to be paid..

Thanks.. I have paid customs duty and other charges on shipments from outside EU but that was for rackets.. Do you know how much (approx) it will be for the WISE 2086 ?

Said that, I have almost made up my mind to get it from UK itself, after reading through the forum, just incase something goes wrong with the machine and it needs repairs.

It would depend on the declared value of it on the customs form, plus the fees that parcelforce charge.
