Hi i am new here. I am currently 16 years old and have played since i was 10 - 12 but just playing okay.
My level is still beginner and when i play i realize i have really bad footwork. Can someone tell me what i can to improve my footwork. When someone serves back to me then i can't go back on time to hit it. When i hit it, it pops then they smash it on me. Also when i play with my backhand when they hit it to my backside of my backhand i hit it and it pops and boom they smash it.

btw, i play with my left hand.
ANyone that can help please give me advice. thxs

If you want to improve your footwork, do the four-corner footwork drill.
You can also get a coach to coach you on your footwork.
