Terry might have had the right idea in directing you to an open thread. There is a lot of useful information there about where to find shops, etc. I certainly used it to find the stores on the west edge of the national stadium. However, on the topic of "deals", I find this unrelated to the title of the suggested thread. What I mean is that I saw nothing resembling a deal on Yonex stuff. Gosen and Victor, yes. But Yonex prices were as high as or higher than those in Korea. I did pick up Yonex shoes but only because the model was one not available in Korea.

The Gosen and Victor racquets were less than half the price that I'd seen them sold for in Korea. I didn't actually do much Yonex pricing, but the NS9000 at 6500 Baht in the Yonex showroom was just slightly less than the 210,000W they want here. SHB100's were between up close to 4000 Baht at one place. Maybe there were better deals. I do confess that I wasn't Yonex shopping, though.

Usually when i go BKK I will go First Sport. Last month during my visit i bought at900 4800baht and bg66 135baht. And for your infomation, they dun accept credit card so prepare your cash. You can take any 'tuk tuk' there and will cost you about 50bath(return). Here is the address/contact:-
    847/5-6 SOI CHULA 5 RAMA I RD
    WANGMAI PATHUMWAN
    +6622141616

P/S: dun get ur yonex stuff from World Trade Centre. The price more 20% higher than others shop. Plus no discount.
