Great company. Run by a very honest and fair individual. Check out his prices they are great and he offers a lot of stuff in Canada that are not availiable in stores here. MJ (RSX on here) provided the guarnteed goods with a discount and service was perfect. Lots of different locations to pick up the stuff. Overall just awesome. Check it out. P.S Sorry for sounding like a promoter. Lol.
Sounding? You ARE being an endorser, lol. I'm sure people have already heard of this um.. company? Also, this thread does not belong here. You neither wish to sell, buy, or trade any personal (badminton related) items.
Definately a promoter! Besides, a lot of members knows there other shops which have better offerings which can be obtained for a better price.
Sorry i didnt specify. In Canada Ontario. GTA Region. Unless you wanna go to yo's and spend 50+ the original price. Btw. i guess i am a promoter lol. I'm not associated with the company whatsoever except for being a customer. But thank you all for the negativity and putdowns.lol Now if you dont mind i'm gonna hang myself.
Lol!! You can go do that We can just shop overseas and get items from authorized dealers and get items for good prices! Pretty much owns all of North America I should say.
Thats sooooooo overratedd.....lol Or maybe im just saying that cause i'm a loser without a credit card...
Agree, I've purchased some things from Strings Attached and they are first-rate. Strings Attached is Panda Approved!
I've looked for SOTX rackets and if you include the shipping, the risk of duties or taxes, it comes close. I only found one shop in HK when we were there that had SOTX rackets and I was surprised to see the prices started at, IIRC $80-90cdn and up. For example: ibuysports has the Woven 8 for $99 with free UPS shipping mjstrings sells it for $105 with $18 for shipping Considering UPS often charges outrageous crossborder fees, the mj purchase can easily come out ahead. Border crossing can be risky in other ways too. My friend had an MP99 and another racket come across shipped. The border inspectors must have used a knife for inspection because both racket strings were slashed and the area around the T-joing cut into. OUCH! All depends if what you want and what risks you are willing to have.
Well unless one knows what they are doing, you re bound to get dutues if not done correctly. When I get my items, I do not get tax for items which I have received. Also I do have connections to the goverment of Canada as well so I know other things.
Matt, I know you have an issue with my business, however please stick to the facts. If you take delivery of items in Canada, and declare legitimately (not as a gift), you can be charged duty and taxes, plus brokerage fees. Even declaring as gifts, you can still be assessed duties if customs has any doubts. Nothing to do with any businesss, this is just a fact of life in Canada. You don't need "connections" to know that. In fact if you do things "correctly", then you are bound to pay taxes/duties.
"Connections" also let you gain access to other things. All the items I receive I didn't get dutues for anything, even with the full value clearly listed there on the box with is worth like a few thousand. I have done no intervention with the shipments.
Ok... As ph_leung has proved (using actual facts and not accusations) that MJ provides competitive prices if the business is done legally. Now we can't all walk around like you getting tax exceptions (cause your a spy from Russia). Therefore with all legal considerations taken RSX provides a competitive price. End of story.
ROFL!! spy ahhaha! Only if that were true. If it is competitive, why do we get better prices else where ^.^. Would a majority of us be shopping there now?
