My new ArcSabre 7 racquet has SP on its shaft but it also says made in japan. I know that SP means singapore, but why does it say SP and made in japan?

    i'll answer it..
SP on the shaft and on the cone is the distribution code only.
All high-end Yonex racquets are made in Japan. The lower-end Yonex racquets are mostly made in Taiwan and say 'Developed by Yonex Japan' on the shaft.
