I looking to buy a raquet suitable for me....I am looking for the best yonex head heavy raquet...and i came down to two choices MP 88 or the armortec offensive series like 700P or 900P. Any recommendations?

AT900P if you like racquets with stiff shafts, and MP88 if you prefer flexible shafts.. it's your choice.

There's a search function on the main menu bar.
Put your query terms within the box and search away.

That's the way to go here ;)

MP88 is more of a defensive/control based racket. It also has a flexible shaft with an even balance point, even though its marketed as head heavy. One thing I noticed was that if you are a hard hitter, the shaft will overflex and the racket won't keep up with your stroke. This becomes more apparent if you string at higher tensions. However, if you are a low tension player at around 21-22lb, then the flexible shaft actually works pretty nicely to give a surprising amount of power (for low tension). This racket is hands down the most user-friendly racket and pretty lenient with mis-hits. I always end up using this racket if I've gotten rusty after a long break.

The AT's are nice if you like stiffer shafts. However, it is definately not as forgiving as the mp88 in terms of sweet spot and your arm if your form is not too good. I only demo'ed the at700 but I like it more than the at900. Also the 4u and 3u feel completely different (at least to me) so a lot of the comparisons are moot...

There is no AT 700P.There's only AT 700.N as i know,MP 88 is not a head heavy racket.Best head heavy racket..AT700,Also cheaper than the 900P.N dont underestimate AT900T.My AT900T head is even heavier than my AT900P.Even though it's head heavy, controlling it is still effortless,n also powerful during smashing..:).AT700 is only for pure offensive player. If u're not,u should pick AT900..
