    Default NEW Victor shoe SH-P9200

I have already wondered which shoes Shin Baek Choel wore during his double-win at the Macau Open GPG recently.

It turns out it is the replacement of the SH-P9100, the SH-P9200.
    Thanks @MagicElite for clarifying this.

When seeing SBC wearing them I really liked them, but looking at them more closely I'm not sure anymore... Colour combinations also look rather strange. What do you guys think?

Imo it seems like they follow the style of the new LD shoes somehow...

Anyone got more infos on these shoes? Price? Top-notch shoes or second class in price relation?

Searched the internet for more infos and found a few pictures:

there will be more colourways with this shoe. Having had a sample in my hands I can confirm they will secure the ankle and provide excellent cushioning. Victor's global website shows there is a matching bag and from the photos you get a glimpse of a couple of new shirts for 2016 - VERY nice!

The shirts are, indeed, very nice. And so are the bags.

The outsole pattern is different from 9100 and others.

The bottom of the 9200M is the same green as the rest of the shoe - fantastic

There will be five colourways for the 9200: red/green (more burgundy than red), yellow/blue, red/black (which is mostly white, actually), and in mid-cut, green/blue and white/blue.

Have to say the DC and EF look cheap compared to the others...

The GF seem to be a different cut, and they're the ones I want. Hope they didn't mess about too much. Have to say the DC and EF look cheap compared to the others...

Looks good, might get a pair in the green/blue above but shame they still haven't increased the height of the side rubber sole to protect against foot-dragging.

The toe area on the inside is the same heavy duty PU that they've used on other recent shoes. You don't need to worry about dragging.

If you're talking about the material they use for the upper part of the shoe, it's not actually very resistant to abrasion. I drag my left foot a lot (as do a lot of people) and if I hadn't put something over the area, there would be a hole there by now. I made a thread about this some time ago.

But the problem is not actually the upper part of the shoe, it's the rubber sole design. I think they should make the side of the sole thicker or higher on the inner part of the shoe to protect the area.
