haha that time i go a new shop ask for 28lbs,than the person was saying their machine if they adjust 26lbs for us my string it already 28lbs but my strings burst so fast & now i never go back to the shop any more...

You are definitely one tough customer.
You should learn to trust your stringer. For now, I can't see you having any other choice since you don't even know how to string or have your own stringing machine.
Whatever you decided to do, whether to cut the string or give the whole roll, my advise to you is not to let the stringer know that you are suspicious of him of anything. Otherwise, if I am Jacky, I would ask you to take your racket and your roll of string and go elsewhere or string with your own hands.
