i wish LCW will switch to my new favorate AS-10 he looks like a neighbour boy to me and the style he plays is so polite and yet so much power! the racket shall be great for double as well. FHF pls take this baby and u will be the tiger with the wings
AS is the code for Yonex shuttlecocks. Arc Saber, code is Arc. Arc Saber 7 = Arc7, Arc Saber 10 = Arc10. yes, i think more top players will switch in future...
some might switch.. some might switch back to their old stuff.... all in all, I'd say " who cares "... but that's just me...
Don't think it matters now. What's the point in guessing? Some of them will just switch to promote the new stuff then switch back to what they're comfortable with. And there's really not much we can do to guess whether a certain player likes the racket or not, whether you do or don't. Err... Yeah.
BCL is using the Arc10. I think Arc10 cant generate enough power for players like LCW and LD and Taufik etc. They re all using Armortec 700/900
I don't think ARC-10 is a good fit for LCW & LD.. Cant really se any advantage they would get copmpared to AT700/900. /Twobeer
i always thought that LCW uses AT900P...but in the latest yonex badminton catalogue (UK version), he's spotted using the AT900T in the pictures!
Hes using AT900P pretty suer. But sometimes, professionals like to change their rackets. Thats nothin special.
he moved from at700 to at900t initially, for about 3 months or so before moving on to the at900p. those pictures must have been taken then ...
i saw the in all england 2008 ZHENG bo who is useing arc10 and his partner GAO ling useing arc7 and they were the mix doubles champion : )
I think thats a good decision.. I remember around the time of WC.. when he was switching rackets almost between every tournament.. did hurt his game! /Twobeer
i thought i saw him using the at700 a couple of times. hard to keep track, it may have been the at900p ....
At900 P is his racket. He will not change until a suitable one comes along. He prefer head heavy rackets like the ATs.
first of all, ur review is a good job and it helps. i am pretty sure 2u ArcS-10 is more head heavy than 3u AT-100P, and the shaft stiff enough. sometimes i feel AT-900P is a bit clumsy but ArcS-10 didnt give me such impression so far even during long session. my playing style is like Kido IMO, ArcS-10 has a big potential and its aerodynamic is great.
