The Iceland flag
The Iceland flag has undergone a few changes it seems and you can read more from the following website:
http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/Flags/is-hist.html
Again, its design is similar to the flags of the other Nordic countries:

But we only had one F1 team race in Poland and now we are meeting up again for this Finland challenge, our no.2.
I was trying hard to convince Sandy to use a more simpler method of ranking our team results, both for individual and cumlative or racing.
I find that using the current system, which is based on individual points scored, can distort our results.
Using the REVERSE scoring method by calculating the positions (instead of points) of team players is simpler and less confusing. Of course this method is the reverse of the existing system in that the lower points scored the better for both individual and team.

Of course, we welcome Victor to start another team, maybe comprising of his BC friends from downunder.
We also urge others to do so, such as Uncle Sam and Bro Din, who has been kept busy with the forthcoming TC arrangements in Jakarta.
The more the merrier and we're going to have lots of fun out there on the race track! Wait till you compete in Singapore, the first night race in the world and experience the great difference and many more fans will be able to witness live from the other part of the world!

my question is>> why this finnish open clash with the India Open?

I think the Finns has an indirect message to the Indians not to shortchange their stature and the badminton fans around the world by not giving up-to-date and live results.
The much smaller Finland Int'l Challenge in terms of prize money, is even providing the tournament software scores for fans while the much fancier Indian Open is unable to. What a shame!
So we do not have a chance to follow the tournament closely and to play our PAW game!

Regarding the rules of cannot changing team or banned for one calendar year, how do we count the one calendar year thing? is it from the tournament the person opt out or usual calendar year? How if someone can't participate in one tournament? is it counted as opt out?

Good point.
I personally think that we should take a calendar year as 2008 (this year), 2009, 2010, etc., to allow for some flexibility and to allow a fresh start to a new year.
Which means that if a player opts out of a team after the Finnish Challenge, he/she must wait till the end of 2008 before starting out for another team from 2009 onwards. He/she could continue to participate in the PAW as an indvidual player just as before.
No, if a team player can't participate in any tournament for some reason, it does not mean he is automatically out. It depends on the team decision and the player concerned.
Supposed a player knows that he would not be able to participate in three or more consecutive PAWs, it would be advisable that he consults the team as his absence will weaken the team's results, since the team has less players to rely on. But if the team still thinks it is okay, then the status quo remains.
I hope the rest of the team competitors are agreeable to this suggestion, especially the one on the calendar year.
