i'm wonder, which kind of grip is the most effective for smashing in
fore-court, mid-court and rear-court. Is it forehand grip?? or using the handheld grip??? or some of my friend using 45 degree grip (evolution of backhand and forehand grip).

or can anybody share with me some correct smashing grip??

This page should be a good starting point: which grip for clears, smashes, and drops?

The grip depends on where the shuttle is, relative to you.

So when the shuttle is in front of you, your grip angle must be different from when the shuttle is behind you (and yes, you can smash when the shuttle is behind you).

For overhead forehands (such as a smash), your default grip should be the basic grip (I guess this is similar to your "45 degree grip"). You can then modify this grip for different situations.

If you are smashing in an ideal position, with the shuttlecock somewhat in front of the body, then it helps to use a smash grip adjustment (the grip is adjusted slightly towards panhandle. Don't overdo it!)

If you are smashing from behind the body, then you'll need to adjust the grip in the opposite direction.
