The store is managed by LCW's bro in law. They had the official opening ceremony of the store in April 1 earlier this year. They sell most Apple products and also PDAs like the HTCs. Its good to invest in business like this than wasting their money on other things.
You can go to his store to buy. He have a manager to manage the store. No need for LCW to reserve it for you.
